1997 by Dr. Nancy Lavelle to
provide special education compliance and staffing
solutions to public education agencies including
public, charter and private schools.

TES received certification by the California
State Department of Education (CDE) as a Non-Public
Agency (NPA) .
TES meets the public school demand for licensed
or credentialed special
education personnel by aggressively recruiting,
training and obtaining
credentials, certification or licenses for special

representing twelve disciplines.
