Education Synergy Consulting (ESC) promotes charter
school and non-profit organizational development offering
management level consulting services for process and
operational improvements.

We provide administrative level services and
Board of Directors professional development,
policy development, and performance evaluation.

We install accountability systems through policy
development, business support services, accounting,
budgeting, human resources, marketing, program
evaluation, and assessment linked to academic
achievement.

We create alternative organization structures
and innovative approaches to build capacity
and value added service delivery while developing
a distinctive character.

We facilitate the development of the Education
Master Plan architecture composed of strategic
and action planning, business plans, facilities
plans, disaster plans, and promotional materials
for renewal and sustainability.

We mine funding sources through public agencies
and private foundation grants that will support
the personalized learning charter school, non-profit
organization.
Our primary focus and interest is to partner with
the governance leadership to build a more resilient
charter school.
