Total Education Solutions (TES) was founded in 1997 by Dr. Nancy Lavelle to
provide special education compliance and staffing solutions to public education agencies including public, charter and private schools. Reaching out to public agencies, TES received certification by the California State Department of Education (CDE) as a Non-Public Agency (NPA).
TES meets the public school demand for licensed or credentialed special
education personnel by aggressively recruiting, training and obtaining
credentials, certification or licenses for special education professionals
representing twelve disciplines, the most typical being Special Education
Administrators, Teachers, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, School Psychologists, School Nurses, Behavior Intervention
Specialists, and Adapted Physical Education Specialists.
· Compliance management, oversight and review
