Mission Statement
The Plumas Charter School, recognizing the value and worth of each child, shall strive to provide quality home-based education through a positive learning experience in partnership with the home and community, while developing learning and social skills necessary for maximizing each child's lifelong learning potential.

Educational Vision and Services
Plumas Charter School is a Personalized Learning school.  We tailor an individualized educational program to fit each of our students.  When we work with families to design a Personalized Learning Plan, we take into account a student's academic strengths and weaknesses, learning styles, interests, experience, and ambitions. Our staff of fifteen credentialed teachers collaborates to provide the information, guidance, support, and instruction that our students and their families need.  PCS offers a variety of field trips and activities to provide enrichment and build a sense of community among students and their families.
